Patti — packing strap or strapping — is used to bind corrugated boxes, bora sacks and loose bundles so they hold together and stay sealed through loading, transport and handling. It's one of the simplest packaging materials, but also one of the most-used, since almost every bulk consignment leaving a factory or hosiery unit gets strapped before it goes out the door.
We stock both iron patti and plastic patti. Iron patti is the stronger option, used for heavier cartons and export-grade bundles that need to hold their shape under real weight. Plastic patti is lighter and easier to apply by hand, and covers most everyday cartoon box and bundle strapping.
Hosiery units strapping finished garment bundles, factories securing cartons before dispatch, and transporters reinforcing mixed loads all buy patti from us in bulk. It's commonly used together with a clump (packaging clip) to lock the strap in place, or alongside bora when the load is being sack-wrapped.
