7-Ply Corrugated Boxes (Cartoon Box) in Ludhiana, Punjab

A 7-ply corrugated box adds two more layers to the standard cartoon box — four flat sheets and three fluted layers instead of three and two — which pushes up both the crush strength and the stacking weight it can carry. Locally it's still called a cartoon box or karton, just the heavier grade.

This is the box hosiery units and factories reach for when goods are bulkier, heavier, or need to survive a longer transport route and multiple handling points without the corners giving way. It's also a common choice for exporters who need their cartons to hold up through extra loading and unloading before the goods reach the port.

We stock 7-ply boxes in the same standard sizes as our 5-ply range — 60m, 80m, 100m, 120m, 150m, 170m and 180m — with dimensions listed on each size's page. For loads heavier still, our 9-ply heavy duty box is the next step up. All sizes are available in small quantities as well as in bulk.
